Hope's Taco Soup

Made a very budget friendly and yummy soup today and I got the great recipe from my friend Hope.  Wanted to share!!  The only thing is it is a dump and go soup.  So I didn't measure everything!!  Just eyeball it!  Also, I did it on the stove, but you could put it in the crock pot on low and it would cook/warm up great during the day!

Hope's Taco Soup
Chicken broth
Salsa (I used about half of a jar)
Leftover chicken or ground beef (we used chicken)
Can of corn
Small can of green chili's
2 cans of Pinto beans with onions
Taco or Fajita seasoning
Sour cream
Cheese
Tortilla chips

Put all together except sour cream, cheese, and chips.  You could change things or add things.  Hope likes to put black beans instead of pinto, and she adds onion to the soup.  I don't care for black beans and the pinto tasted great!!  We thought rice might be good in this soup.  But honestly it was really really yummy just the way it was!  It is not a thick soup...  Serve with sour cream and cheese, with the chips for dipping on the side!
